I Need Help with Contact Sync

Hi there! I'm really struggling with getting my contacts to sync properly between HubSpot and my other apps. It's been a real headache—I add contacts in HubSpot, but they don't show up in my other integrated platforms, and vice versa. I've tried checking the setup and permissions, but I'm still not getting it right. Can you help me figure out what's going wrong? I just want to make sure my contact data stays consistent across all my tools. Thanks so much for your assistance—I really appreciate it!

Hi @CollinFord, can you share some information of what other apps you are trying to connect and how you have set up the connection such as via HubSpot's App Marketplace? Any screenshots you can provide regarding your setup of the integrations would be helpful.

As @RSchweighart mentioned, we need to know what apps you're trying to sync contact data with @CollinFord and how you have the sync configured (one-way or bi-directional). Any screenshots of the sync settings would be helpful!

Let's start by double-checking the integration settings between HubSpot and your other apps. Make sure that all necessary permissions are granted and that the integration is set up correctly. Ensure that the necessary permissions are granted for data sharing between HubSpot and your other platforms. Review both ends to ensure there are no restrictions causing the sync issue.
