Hey all - I am aware that some people use Custom Objects to display customer insights for Customer Success. Is there anyone around who has some notes / guidelines on doing this and how I can set it up for our team?
Hi @Smanstey, What kind of custom objects are you looking to create for the Customer Success team? Some information might be captured as custom properties on the company level as well. In my experience Arrows has some good content on using HubSpot for Customer Success:
Hi @Smanstey it would be helpful to understand what type of customer success data you're trying to capture to determine if a custom object would be best or if a CRM card might be a better option.
