How do you measure campaign performance and pipeline impact? Which KPIs do you care about the most?
I'm curious how you all measure campaign performance and pipeline impact from within HubSpot? Improvements to the campaign tool (like the ability to upload static lists to a campaign) have gotten us closer, although it's still fairly manual when dealing with multiple deal types that are all marked closed won. Is it all from the campaign tool? Contact-level properties for campaigns? Something else entirely?
And what are the KPIs you care about most when measuring your campaign impact? Does that change depending on the kind of campaign you're measuring? (An event vs. ad campaign vs. content program, etc.)
The new capabilities around cross-object reporting and multi-touch attribution reports seem like steps in the right direction, especially since we have a fairly sophisticated deal pipeline sequencing structure, although we haven't yet cracked how to get this working fully from within HubSpot.
