How can I make sensitive property "private" to a subset of users
Hello all,
This is my first post, to the Ops community. I'd like to see your workaround for my situation.
For my customer, we need to hide specific records properties with sensitive information for some users.
I know that, with user & team permissions, we can decide which record they can see, but how can I hide properties within these records?
I know that we can customize record views for users and teams so they don't see the property directly on the record but they will be allowed to click "View all properties" and see it anyway... So this is not really "private" enough for real sensitive information.

@louischausse - One question for clarification: does the property need to be hidden, or just be read only?
One possible workaround: could you create a ticket or deal to associate with the contact and have that record contain the sensitive properties, then set permissions so some users are not able to view those deals/tickets?
I believe I heard or read somewhere that individual property permissions are coming at some point, but don't quote me on that!

@cooperelias this is an interesting idea, that couldn't be done with this customer because we already use tickets and deals for another purpose but I will definitely keep that in mind for another situation!

@louischausse - Do all of their tickets and deals currently get assigned? Perhaps you could leave these specific tickets or deals unassigned, and then uncheck the permission to view unassigned objects for those users or roles?

@louischausse@cooperelias That's right-- if you simply need to lock it down for editing but not necessarily "hide" ther eis a private Beta currently in progress. I'll let your CSM know you're interested!
