Gross Revenue by Month for all pipelines --- possible?

SOLVE

Hi Team,

I’m in the process of creating a dashboard that integrates all pipelines for our weekly meetings, allowing us to focus on a single view. One of the reports I’d like to include is the gross revenue by month for all pipelines. Is this feasible?

Thanks for all the help!

Gross Revenue by Month for all pipelines --- possible?

SOLVE

Hey @msshey_ - it sure is!

Check out these steps to build out this report in your own account.

  1. Navigate to Reports
  2. Select: Create New Report
  3. Select: Custom Report
  4. Select: 'Deals' as the Primary Data Source
  5. Select: Next
  6. Pull in the Close Date, Deal Amount, Deal Probability and Pipeline properties as shown in the next two screenshots:

My sample report looks a little wild just to test this out, but this would allow you to show a monthly breakdown per pipeline, with a total sum.

You could further tailor this report by looking at deals closed within the last X amount of time, setting the deal amount to a currency field, and/or breaking down by reps instead of by pipeline.

Happy building!

Hi @msshey_ - happy to help!

This actually can be done directly from the list tool, and brought into your reports and dashboards! Here are the steps you could follow:

  1. Nagivate to CRM > Lists
  2. Open the list that you wish to report on
  3. Navigate to the Performance Tab of your list:MadisonMoniz_1-1730295070735.png

  4. Here, you will see a series of reports regarding this list, such as the growth over time, sources, and more!
  5. On the top right corner of these reports, you can select the Actions dropdown, and Save Report.MadisonMoniz_2-1730295131918.png

  6. A popout will appear asking you to name your report, and select if you would like this report to show in a dashboard. If yes, select 'Add to existing Dashboard' (or new). Select the name of your dashboard from the dropdown and press Save & add.MadisonMoniz_3-1730295204140.png

  7. Once saved, you will be able to see that report on your dashboard.

(My sample report is blank but if you have historical data it will display on the report!)

I hope that helps!

Hi @MadisonMoniz , thank you so much! This really worked! It’s been a huge help—I’ve been working on it for hours and just couldn’t get it right. I’m new to HS, so it’s been a bit overwhelming, but I really appreciate this community! Is HS able to generate reports that show the growing total of an active list? I created an active list from form submissions and would like to display it on my dashboard as well. However, when I try to access list membership, it doesn't allow me to pull the list I created.

Thank you!
