Deal cards view

Hello HS Team,

I'm new to HubSpot and have been using it for about three months. My team and I are still in the process of building and refining our pipelines and stages. I wanted to check if there’s a way to view email activities directly on the deal cards. I’d really like to see if an email has been sent through automation/workflow without having to click into each contact's profile.

What do you mean when you say the deal card?
Are you referring to the deal dashboard?

@msshey_ the same applies here, unfortunately, no mini feed. You can however toggle some basic activity information to show, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/select-properties-to-show-on-records-in-board-view#edi...

You can use the copilot to summarize the deal for you and show you all activities...

Hi @msshey_,

Generally no, association cards do not display activities. You could consider however capturing some information in contact properties via workflows (although I can't envision a low calorie way to accomplish this) or leveraging existing properties like "Last marketing email name" and include that on the card. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records#manage-cards-on-the-record

In any case, it's not possible to include a mini feed or similar there. The best option is to click through to the actual record.
