Hi,

I want to confirm what will exactly happen when I use a date and time picker property in a workflow to send a notification to a user exactly 7 days after the date in the property.

What we want to do is send a push notification to app users at the almost exact time when they took the same action last week as they are more likely to take the same action again at the same time as last time.

So, when I use it in a workflow and date is 30.05.2025 18:40, will the notification be sent next week at 18:40?

I checked this article, but it's not that specific.

Hi @EVatsev,

Pending any workflow delays, I believe that the system does take into consideration both the date and time. So in your example, the next action should have happened/will happen on 06.06.2025 at 18:40, or at least very close.

Note, by default, the workflow time is based on the default timezone of your portal. Your users may be in a different time zone, which may need to be accounted for depending on the specifics.
