Dashboard reporting

Hi HS Team,

I’d like to ask how I can create a dashboard report that pulls the total number of form submissions from the form we’ve created. Should I choose contacts as primary data source? If I do, I do not see options for form submission. :<

Thanks for your response! That explains why I couldn’t pull any data. I appreciate the alternate solution for now.

What about the total number of newsletter subscribers? How can I track that thru dashboard reporting?

@msshey_ how exactly are you capturing that status, via the subscription type or otherwise?

Yes, thru subcription type.

@msshey_ then you'll need an assisting active contact based list that filters for subscription type opt-in. Once you have it, you can filter your report by list membership.

If you want to see subscriptions over time, you need to create a custom date property that is set by a contact workflow when the contact opts in.

Hello again, I just found out that the newsletter is sent through a different platform, and I’ll need to input the subscriber count manually each week. I'm not sure how to go about that.

Hi @msshey_,

Form submissions are not (yet) available as a report builder data source. The product team have mentioned that they're working on this but it's not a feature yet.

Until then, there is one report in the report library, a table / bar chart visualisation of form submissions ("Form submission totals"). That's the closest compromise at the moment.
