Create HubSpot internal pop-up window
SOLVE
Hello,
I am currently setting up HubSpot for our company. Now I am looking for the possibility that when the lifecycle phase is changed, a reason is automatically requested for it. I have created the choices for the reason as a contact property field.
Unfortunately, I cannot display the pop-up windows that can be created via the forms within HubSpot or depending on a property change.
Does anyone know of a workaround? My programming skills are unfortunately very limited.

Generally, I don't think HubSpot has any capabilities for pop-ups, unfortunately. There are other ways to approach this, they are however not perfect:
Place one property below the other directly in the contact record sidebar so that it's hard to miss. Of course, people might still forget about it but it reduces the likelihood of that happening.
If you have access to workflows, you can set up an internal email notification to the record owner when they forget to update the property value.
You can create reports and views for users who forget about this, to remind them and to have them complete missing information.
