As far as I know, this is not possible directly, no. You could however create a contact-based workflow that enrolls contacts when the "Comments or questions" property is known - and then use the "Create task" workflow action to create a task that contains the value for "Comments or questions".
In the Salesforce integration settings, you would then have to make sure that you sync tasks accordingly.
