Copy Hubspot Comment field value to SFDC task note

解決

Hi team,

We have a form where there is a custom field called - 'Comments or Question'

Is there a way to copy that value from the comment field to the salesforce task under the description section?

I know these two are different objects, so copying that value seems difficult. Is there any workaround?

Thanks,
Rahul

Hi @rulpats,

As far as I know, this is not possible directly, no. You could however create a contact-based workflow that enrolls contacts when the "Comments or questions" property is known - and then use the "Create task" workflow action to create a task that contains the value for "Comments or questions".

In the Salesforce integration settings, you would then have to make sure that you sync tasks accordingly.
