Calculated properties

Hello, 

I have a project I'm working on, and I like to create calculated properties. 

I created the idea of the calculation in a Google spreadsheet. 

I'll happily share it with someone who can help me understand how to create this in HubSpot.

The general idea is:

Statistics of users that ranked a company:

• Param 1: Total number of users per region
• Param 2: Number of users that ranked the company
• Value: Param 2 / Param 1

Company score:

• Total number of users that ranked the company
• Score user #1 gave to the company from 1-100
• Score user #2 gave to the company from 1-100
• Score user #3 gave to the company from 1-100
• Score user #4 gave to the company from 1-100
• ...
• The sum of the scores/users of users that rank the company

Thanks for submitting your question!

Are the parameters/fields you reference already created and populating with data in HubSpot?

If so, you should be able to follow this HubSpot article to learn how to set up the calculated properties. It is fairly straightforward as long as the properties you're looking to calculate off of already exist.

If you've already reviewed that HubSpot article, I'm curious where you specifically need more support to accomplish these calculated properties? Have you tried to set these up without success?

I should also note that you need one of the following HubSpot subscriptions to use calculated properties. 

• Marketing Hub Professional, Enterprise
• Sales Hub Professional, Enterprise
• Service Hub Professional, Enterprise
• Operations Hub Professional
• CMS Hub Professional, Enterprise
