Bulk data collection online from one organisation

Hi - as part of the onboarding process for clients we'd like to bulk collect data for their employees without the client having to complete a form for each employee. Options such as survey monkey with an integration also aren't option as they're not secure enough. A csv and then an import isn't an option due to the UX and we'd like to include branding. 

So a positive UX way of bulk collecting contact data would be great.

And do they use HubSpot CMS or landingpages?
