Hello. We use Hubspot as our primary sales and marketing CRM.
Primarily looking a better texting platform vs SMS zap that integrates with Hubspot but also provides more control for our reps to text reminders for demos.
Trying to reduce the # of no shows.
Anyone here have any insight or solutions that have worked specifically with those systems
I will recommend you use a better texting platform that provides integration with HubSpot Twilio, Slicktext, Textdrip, EZ texting, etc. I will give you these options because I have already used them for my Hubspot CRM. Its prices are very affordable. I hope you will be satisfied with my suggestion.
Have you considered using a contact center solution that integrations with HubSpot for SMS? Aloware is a great piece of software for this. It has a two way sync with HS and allows you to do basic business SMS, bulk SMS and SMS sequences which will help you with your use case.
