Is there a way for hubspot to auto create a google drive folder for new records, allow full access to anyone with a link, and connect the link into the company information in hubspot (after form submission)?
Not natively, no. For this you would have to look into third party automation/integration, such as Zapier or Make, for example – and check whether can meet your requirements.

Hi Isabel, I actually worked on something similar to this recently and managed to use Google Drive's API to do this using custom code workflow actions. I'm not sure if you've got Operations Hub / Custom Code workflow actions, but if you do then I'd be happy to share the code I put together.
It sounds like what you're trying to do is work around HubSpot's seat-based pricing, in what would be possibly a quite insecure way of storing and processing contact data.
An option available to you would be to grant your users View-Only access, which have no associated costs. You would still have the benefit of secure storage and processing of data, without the risks involved.

Do you know if there are integrations that can solve this? I mean it's very complicated if we do it on zapier/make. Like is there something that similar to this process...
