[Workflows] Change in how "is none of" logic is applied

I've recently noticed a workflow logic behaving differently.

We're looking at: IF (property) is none of (values)

In the context of an example:
Company dropdown property field "Status" which includes the value "Paying Customer"

IF "Status" is none of "Payibg Customer"
THEN proceed to Yes branch

Previously, the above logic would FAIL/No branch records that either:
* Has value(s) other than the specified value OR
* Has no value (ie is unknown)


Now, the above logic is also failing properties with no value.

I've noticed this as a bunch of my workflows are falsely failing records because the property is unknown.

Is there something I've done to our instance or has there been a change to Workflows?

- On this instance, using Sales Pro without any other paid Hubs
