What survey tools do you use, and for what purpose?

There are so many points along a visitor, lead, or customer's journey when it's helpful to survey them to better understand their experience.

  1. What do you use surveys for (e.g. NPS, website feedback, post-purchase, product/service/event feedback)?
  2. What survey tools do you/your company use?
  3. How do you analyze that data? (Analysis tools/software, analyst resources, or something else?)

We use google surveys for long we one off surveys to solicit feedback about our webinars. We use our product software Pendo for NPS surveys. We don’t love how our surveys look in google sheets due to branding restrictions but we’re not looking to spend on a survey tool.
