Hi all

I am an agency co-founder and we have introduced a REvOps team to the agency. The bigggest challenge is to prioritise this as it is so easy to get caught up in client deliverables! As the strategic director I work closely with our RevOps manager in aligning the teams. Its been fun, it is ongoing and it is making a difference.

Hello All!


While my work isn't exclusively in Operations, a large portion of my work definitely revolves around it! As a one-person marketing team, I'm running Marketing Ops, Sales Ops and Customer Success Ops.  I'm responsible for building and now managing our Salesforce CRM, Hubspot Marketing Hub, and this summer launching our Service/Customer Success solution (Hubspot Service perhaps?). I've been doing this for about 2 years now, so I'm happy to share insights and learnings and can't wait to learn from all of the incredibly talented folk here.

Hey friends!

I am about 9 months into my role supporting Sales Development Operations...so on the org chart I fall under Sales but traditionally my day-to-day looking more like marketing since I handle lead routing, data hygiene, and a myriad of other things. I've been using HubSpot for about 3 years now, 2 of those here at Huntress - a cybersecurity SaaS based out of Baltimore. Looking to soak in everything I can in the RevOps world!

That's funny because I often hear from people like you, who work in one department on the Operations, but feel like they are in another department instead. Like you, you're on the Sales Ops team but you feel like you're more in a Marketing role.

I think the "line" between Sales Ops or Marketing Ops is sometimes thin, and many people have a hard time determining where one ends and the other begins.

This is an interesting topic 🙂 


Hey there! I work at the Art of Education University and we run enitre online Unviserity ( and b2b) on Hubspot. Our admissions, advising, sales, customer support, account managment, marketing, and product teams all use Hubspot. 

Currently I'm focused on building more autmation usuing Operations Hub and the Custom code feature and building out more custom ojbects.
