Have you ever been frustrated that the ‘Number of sales activities’ property counts both sales calls and emails? Need to monitor whether your sales reps are actually following up on emails with phone calls?
If you have Zapier, you can set up a simple Zap to track just ONE of these types of activities. You can use a workflow to set and clear a property that bumps up the number of calls/emails made to a given contact each time an activity is logged.
