Identify lead generation targets

Hi!

I have a good one for you.

How would you create a report to identify these targets to hit quotas:

• Number of qualified leads (MQL, SQL) required
• Number of total leads required
• Total Cost of lead generation required

Hi Louis!

We don't have a report in HubSpot that you can use to identify targets based on quota. That said, there are reports in HubSpot that will give you the information you need to establish targets. 

I created this calculator that you can use to identify what your targets should be based on your quota. To find the conversion information, you can build funnel reports in HubSpot.

Also - once you establish targets, make sure you build out reports in HubSpot to show how you are performing vs. your monthly goal/target:
