Doing Automation with HubSpot - what can we do better?

If you hadn't noticed already, Automation is a big theme this month here at HubSpot:

• Operations Hub introduced two brand new actions to Workflows – Custom Code Actions & Data Format Actions
• HubSpot released a video series and ebooks that give an insight look at the automations that they use themselves to scale their GTM and delight customers. These automations have been turned into blueprints that you can implement yourself.

Automation can be a scary subject and implementing it correctly with the correct underlying strategy is easier said than done. That's why we're holding the following events in the community:

• An Automation Strategy Session next week with some in-house experts
• We're planning to do an Automation Workshop in May with Academy Professor Kyle Jepson & Operations Hub Evangelist Connor Jeffers (To be officially announced soon.)
