Advice: how do you work with your reporting stakeholder?

One of the biggest responsibilities of operations is reporting -- it's part of the larger stake Ops has in data syncing and management. Companies have a lot of data that reports on a lot of stakeholders. How do you manage this cross-functional work? How many reporting stakeholder do you have and what are some successful ways you'vve been able to work together?
