こちらの件について私のアカウントで検証していたところ、アカウントの言語が英語の場合には”〜”ではなく”and”と表示されていることがわかりました。そのため、製品チームに報告し確認をとってもらいました。その結果、アカウント言語が日本語の時に”〜”と表示されるのは、表記設定に誤りがあったためのようです。すでに修正がされており、こちらのスクリーンショットのように”and”と表示されています。こちらについてご指摘いただき、ありがとうございました！
"and"はすでに実装済みのため、”or”条件の付与についてこの投稿で引き続きアップデートをいたしますね。
