Two Questions relating to the Zoom | HubSpot integration!

I just synced the data and am wondering approximately how long it will take to add the details (see photo) to each contact’s timeline?

Can I somehow access/use the “Join time” and “Leave time” data to make lists? I am trying to send segmented emails based on what portion of the webinar was attended. It seems like there should be a way to do this, considering HubSpot has access to this data.

Here are my answers:

1. No idea - I would give it a few hours, this depends how old data is backfilled and how the integration manages API calls. Have you synced webinars in the Zoom integration settings? I have had cases where some records update immediately and others where it took a few hours.
2. I don’t believe join/leave time are filter options but you can go by "attendance duration percent - see screenshot below.

1. This heavily depends on the volume of contacts and number of webinars. Typically these syncs take a few minutes but there are also cases when they take hours.
2. Unfortunately not, no, you’ll only get the “Attendance Duration (s)” and “Attendance Duration Percent”.
