Zoom invite asking for clients to sign in to Hubspot

Hi,

I have been using zoom integration to set up client meetings in hubspot, was working fine. From today in the invite my client is asked to sign into hubspot. This is definitely not what I want them to see or do. Any suggestions for how can I fix this? My account has zoom app but not HubSpot App for Zoom Meetings which I don’t need. I just want to set up zoom meetings via contacts.

Hi @SRobin0,

Can you share the Zoom join link that’s used in the invite? Feel free to pixelate two or three letters of the meeting ID to not make it accessible.

How exactly was this meeting scheduled?

in hubspot / contacts / schedule meeting / selecting zoom as the location

Tried deleting and redownloading zoom for mac but problem remains
