I would like to utilise my hubspot email/inbox with Zoho Invoice and got the instruction from them however i could not locate the DNS settings in hubspot to implement the following which would allow Zoho to authenticate hubspot’s sender domain.
Hello @ALaw5 , I’ve read your post and would like to help. There are two main points I’d like to clarify with you. First, the setup you’re being asked for typically isn’t done within HubSpot but through your DNS records. You’d need access to these records in order to add the requested entries. Similarly with HubSpot, while optional, you can also add these records in the DNS.
Secondly, if we’re talking about using your inbox with HubSpot’s Conversations tool, it should be straightforward enough following their setup process. If any issues arise during this process, let me know and I’ll provide further assistance as needed.
Thanks Martin, It definetely sounds like the first point you’ve raised. And I was able to locate the hubspot SPF by following the instruction from the link you’ve provided. However, Zoho’s provided instruction was for me to enter both their provided SPF and DKIM record into hubspot(?)'s DNS server, How do I go about adding these into the hubspot(?) DNS records, if it’s possible?

Zoho is requesting that you modify your DNS records to allow them to send emails through your domain cleanly, securely and authentically to prevent spam. HubSpot also typically asks for the same process but it’s optional because HubSpot does prevent spam anyway.
What you really need to adjust are your own DNS records.
Your DNS records aren’t located in either Zoho or HubSpot; they belong solely to you. They’re usually found where you registered your domain and contracted your domain name server.
Once provided with the necessary record details by these services, all that’s required from you is accessing those DNS settings, adding these given records, then verifying your domain - nothing more.
There’s no need for any actions on HubSpot specifically for setting up Zoho Invoice at this time.
