Can we have the following functionality? or does it already exist?
Zapier does’t trigger on HubSpot Meeting events or logging a meeting per se. However, if you attach a custom property -- e.g., Meeting Agenda -- to your meetings you can use it to trigger a Zap.

As long as you modify that property (by any means), the Zap will fire.
How do you attach a custom property such as a meeting agenda to a meeting? Is that just changing the description of the meeting?
I think I found a better solution than adding a custom property. There is an action for Hubspot called “New Engagement”. When you get to the Trigger section select Type: Meeting. This would trigger on any meeting scheduled inside of HubSpot. From there our use case Gets Contact information, Company Information and Deal Information from the IDs in the Meeting output to send to a webhook.
