Zapier integration Ninja forms to Hubspot CRM

Hello

I have set up the zapier zap from ninjaforms to Hubspot CRM. It works, however I can’t get the information to auto populate in the right field in Hubspot CRM.

Has anyone done such a zap and make it work already?

Hi @davidbinkt

You can Zap Ninja Form to HubSpot CRM, however, you cannot say new form.

For that, you’ll need to use HubSpot Marketing Platform (and the HubSpot Marketing Zap).

However, there is a workaround.

IF - Someone fills up a new Ninja Form on your website.

THEN - update/create new contact in HubSpot CRM

Make sure that all Ninja Form fields are created in HubSpot CRM.

I found Zapier to be quite expensive and did some googling. Came across a plugin called MailOptin that acts as a bridge between Ninja Forms and HubSpot.

And it is free in the WordPress plugin repo.

Here’s their guide connecting Ninja Forms to HubSpot and other CRMs.
