# Zapier integration HubSpot

Trying to create a contact on hubspot from weply(crowdio) via Zapier.

Im getting error:

# Failed to create a contact in HubSpot

Property values were not valid: [{“isValid”:false,“message”:“Email address E-mail-value is invalid”,“error”:“INVALID\_EMAIL”,“name”:“email”}]

How to fix this?

Hi @ITareen , without knowing the specific integration maybe assume that the email is invalid (incorrect format, no @…)and Hubspot recognizes that? Is it happening for all contacts, or a specific one you can troubeshoot with?

Hello, thanks for quick reply.  
Im trying to connect with Crowdio.

Its happening when i run the test. it wont let me run the zap with email value on email field. I have tried putting it on random field to test if the email value puts correct format when live, and it does.
