Your calls are happening in HubSpot. Is your AI actually learning from them?

Hi all, team Aloware here! This comes up a lot with sales teams using HubSpot so wanted to share how we approached it.

Most calling tools log a call activity to the contact record and stop there. The recording is somewhere, the rep’s notes are whatever they typed, and nothing downstream happens automatically. If you want to pull insights from those calls or build AI workflows around them, you’re basically on your own.

Here’s what we built instead. After every call, AloAi automatically transcribes the conversation, generates a call summary with action items, and runs sentiment analysis, all of which log natively into HubSpot as part of the call engagement on the contact record. Your team gets full conversation visibility without having to listen to recordings, and because the transcript and summary live inside HubSpot, they’re available to Breeze and any workflow you want to build on top of them.

No separate AI tool, no manual logging, no copying summaries into notes fields.

We’re listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace if you want to check it out. Happy to answer any questions!

Thanks for sharing @Aloware !

Quick question: when AloAi flags sentiment on a call, does that data flow into HubSpot contact properties or stay on the call record? Asking because that would totally change how you could use it for follow-up workflows!

Great question! So sentiment data lives within AloAi’s Voice Analytics reporting rather than flowing directly into HubSpot contact properties. What does sync to HubSpot contact or deal properties is AVA’s entity data, things like organization, occupation, and custom fields you configure through entity mapping. The full transcript and sentiment flags stay on the call record in Aloware. Hope that clears it up!
