Hi @anjeho,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
You would like to know which settings to activate for a user to be able to manage the allow and deny list in the conversations inbox, right?
I’d like to share this article I found for you “HubSpot user permissions guide” that might help!
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: @mangelet, @OPerek-Clark and @HFisher7 can you help @anjeho on this please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation
Thanks and have a nice day!
Bérangère
Thank you!
For any future readers, the specific setting is found in HubSpot > Settings > Account Setup > Users & Teams > Edit Permissions for a specific user > Account > Account Access (ON) > Edit account defaults.
@anjeho Well, you’ve asked a very specific question.
I think the answer you’re looking for is probably in that same documentation you shared.
Just a little further down, which I’ll copy down (too).
Consider this: instead of giving people permission to add domains to allow or deny lists, it might be better to teach them how to go into their inbox, check their spam folder and flag emails incorrectly marked as spam.
That way Hubspot learns those emails aren’t spam and the system gets better and better every time.
