"You don't have access to this tool." although I am a super admin

Hi there,

When I tried to View sales Content Analytics as following process,

  • Library > Templates.
  • In the top right, Analyze > View sales Content Analytics.

System showed me this：

You don’t have access to this tool.

Your products or user roles don’t give you access to this tool. You may want to reach out your account administrator for more information.

I am confused becasue I am the super admin as I checked. I am the only user under my account. Does anyone know what’s wrong with that?

Hi @duckbill,

Sales content analytics are a paid feature and require at least Sales Hub Starter, see the yellow info box at the beginning of this article: Analyze your sales content with the sales content analytics tool

It looks like you’re on the free CRM - that would explain why you don’t have access to this. You would have to upgrade.
