@RCanning3 Just to clarify your goal: are you trying to connect your HubSpot CRM to another system that requires data in XML format, or are you simply looking for a way to extract your CRM data (contacts, deals, etc.) from HubSpot for personal use or backup?

1. If you want to connect HubSpot to another system that requires XML:

- HubSpot does not provide CRM data in XML format directly.
- Use HubSpot’s API (returns JSON), then convert the JSON to XML using a custom script or integration tool like Zapier or Make.
- Authenticate using a Private App token (not API key, which is deprecated).

2. If you want to extract your HubSpot CRM data for personal use:

- You can export your contacts, companies, and deals manually as CSV or Excel files from the HubSpot UI.
- Or use the HubSpot Export API to do this programmatically.
- If needed, you can then convert these files to XML with a spreadsheet tool or script.
