Hi @AntoineCW,

Have cleared your browser cache and still not seeing the change?

If so, it is possible that the favicon needs to changed in another location. Go to Settings \> Tools \> Content \> Pages and click on the “Branding” tab. You should see a field for “Favicon” there.

Hope this helps!

Hi @AntoineCW, I see your capture but if you notice my capture is a little different because there can be another location for the favicon.

Have you tried going here?

Settings \> Tools \> Content \> Pages and click on the “Branding” tab

Are you talking about this page : [https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/settings/{id}/website/pages/all-domains/page-templates](https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/settings/%7Bid%7D/website/pages/all-domains/page-templates)

I don’t have branding page. I only have it in the page of branding kit.

Yes, this is where you would see the “Branding” tab but it looks like it is not present in your portal. Can you share a link to the website?

The problem is that the path of file is thill the same (deleted file).

So, I override the code with path of good file. It works 😎

I don’t know why, else if I delete the cookies, it doesn’t work on Safari 🙄

Sometimes the favicons are very persistent and need some extra steps to clear from your browser cache.

But I am able to see the new favicon in Safari on my end:

 ![evaldas_0-1728160150541.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/4/4c2b2ed0284d513947531861d2994a6947008289.png)

If you don’t see the change in private window of Safari, some sources suggest you can try going to finder and type `~/Library/Safari/Favicon Cache/` to open a folder and delete all items from there to remove the Safari favicon cache. Obviously this would be only for your computer, so it won’t help if someone else has the favicon cached 🙂

However, since I am seeing the new favicon on multiple browsers, it means you have changed it successfully.

Hi Antoine,
Also try creating a test page and add the code below and see if the favicon shows up

`{% if brandSettings.primaryFavicon.src %}<link rel="shortcut icon" href="{{brandSettings.primaryFavicon.src}}" />{% endif %}`

If it does show up on the test page, you could look into adding to your other pages.
