I’ve done some setup on an account and possibly made a mistake in the initial setup. The problem I’m having is that now I want to set up the quotes correctly. I have done the basics but when publishing them, the quotes have a domain like [https://WRONGDOMAIN-xxxxxx.hubspotpagebuilder.com/Ln1NVay2P53](https://neoskin-21167107.hubspotpagebuilder.com/Ln1NVay2P53) but the uppercase part of the URL is not appropriate. How can I fix this with the following restrictions:

1. My domain and website are on Wordpress so I don’t want to replace my website, domain or DNS.

2 It would be ideal that quotes show [https://RIGHTDOMAIN-xxxxxx.hubspotpagebuilder.com/Ln1NVay2P53](https://neoskin-21167107.hubspotpagebuilder.com/Ln1NVay2P53)to appear in the quotes but it is not mandatory. If something generic using numbers or hubspot domain comes out it’s not a problem.

3. I currently have a free account and I cannot upgrade it at this time, at least not until I fix this specific issue.

Hi @kvandenBrule per this delivered [idea in the community](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Custom-branded-URLs-for-Quotes/idi-p/190815), custom urls for quotes are supported for Customized Quote Templates.

"Users can connect a custom domain in **settings \> websites \> domains and urls**. Once a custom domain is connected, users can **associate a domain with a quote template in a customized quote template’s settings**.

To learn more about Customized Quote Templates,[click here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/create-custom-quote-templates). "

It doesn’t sound like you’re using a custom quote template, so I ran a quick test with a basic template and the same option is available (custom domain or hubspot default/staging domains).

When creating the quote, it allows you to set the domain here:

The choices available in this list are based on the domains you have connected to HubSpot.

Since your website is hosted with WP, you would need to connect a subdomain, like [quotes.website.com](http://quotes.website.com) instead of your root/website domain.

To answer your question about where the domain name is coming from, the WRONGDOMAIN is from your Account Name here:

 ![Jnix284_1-1719454288621.jpg](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/a/e/ae280ec5bd6a7243284a6dc3d3792916c3471098.jpeg)

As you can see in my first screenshot, my hubspotpagebuilder domain is using ‘focusday’ instead of my jennifernixon-website name - that’s because it was my account name when I first signed up and that set the staging domain URLs.

I tried changing my Account Name to see if it would update my staging domains so it would show the RIGHTDOMAIN, but I couldn’t get the domains to update - I don’t know if that’s because I have assets associated to it (like the test quote) or if it’s not possible to change it.

My recommendation would be to connect a dedicated subdomain to use for your quotes to make sure your customers know it’s coming from you, and replace the hubspot default domain in your quotes.

You can change the quote domain while it’s a draft, but once it’s published it can’t be edited unless you recall & edit it:

 ![Jnix284_2-1719454629350.jpg](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/e/e1798365e7fb3b89c6aa0241cff61a0f280b3b2e.jpeg)

If you want to fix your account name, you could also try toggling this setting on “display system domains”

 ![Jnix284_3-1719454858841.jpg](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/b/b2115b76aa9d087aa03ec3820665902a02d1f415.jpeg)

to see if you can disconnect the version with the WRONGNAME (after changing your Account Name to the RIGHTNAME) to see if it will reset.

I hope this helps!
