WP user changes their info, HubSpot creates a new user

Hi, I have the HubSpot plugin installed on a WP site. When a WP user changes their email, HubSpot creates a new (duplicate) user with that changed email, instead of just changing the one email.

Is there a way to sync these changes from WP to HubSpot without creating a new user?
