Would like to report on PDF / File views / downloads

Sometimes we direct known contacts directly to a HubSpot posted PDF instead of making them fill out a form. This is often an unwelcome hurdle for customers. We would like to be able to report on the number of views or engagements of a PDF overall. Including from a form and not. Current reporting using only a form omits all the people already in our CRM who we email the PDF to.

Completely agree; the HubSpot community spends significant time and energy to create assets for customers and prospects but it’s a multi-step process on the backend to try and figure out which assets got the most love.
