My name is Emily, I live in Philly and I am working on become my company’s resident HubSpot system technical expert! I do NOT have a background in sales or business, but I’m finding the lessons supportive and straight forward so far. My 6yo is also enjoying watching them with me - we created the following persona for our fictional Cake Bakery. My org is actually an ed nonprofit and already have buyer personas - this was part of the inbound cert so it’s bringing it all together for me.
Our buyer: Party Peggy. She is a party planner who creates sustainable, ethical and planet friendly events with high end individual customers and businesses. She needs a commercial bakery that can supply ethical custom cakes at a variety of responsibility levels (i.e. budgets) in unique flavors with exquisite decorations. She needs HER customers to be delighted, and will serve as a powerful advocate for our business if we can engage and keep her.
