Hey, @VMourya 👋 Let’s ask a few of our community champs who have apps experience — [@zach\_threadint](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324811) [@Phil\_Vallender](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74) is there an additional step besides installing the app into a portal that has access to Workflows? My experience falls short here.

Thank you very much for taking a look! — Jaycee

Hi @VMourya 👋

It’s my understanding that HubSpot only alllow apps to create “actions” for workflows (i.e. not triggers). If your app sets the value of certain HubSpot CRM Properties, you should be able to select those properties as you would any other property in the filter criteria trigger type.

I hope that proves helpful. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
