Good morning,

I have placed a HubSpot form on 10 pages of a Wordpress site.
All 10 pages that have this one form redirect to 10 different landing pages.

When a user fills in the form, they should receive an email about the content of the page.

What filters should I put in the workflows to ensure that the user receives the correct email?

I want to avoid that all 10 mails are sent.

Regards,

Simone

Good morning @Simoneponti89,

There are two ways to do this:

1- Add a simple workflow at the level of the form (in the Automation tab) to send the email rather than creating a workflow, and only create one unique automatic email to be sent after the form fill. For this email, you can use smart content in order to adapt the content depending on which landing page the contact was on.

2- If you have several actions to set up in the workflow, I would recommend using the form fill as the trigger and using “if then” branches to send different emails and take different actions depending on the landing page.

Let me know if these suggestions help!

Best,

Caroline

Hello Caroline,

Thanks for your answer.

The problem is that the unique form is on a Wordpress website and it works as the form for different website pages.

This is the logic:

When a user fills in the “Webinar Form” he lands on a wordpress landing page dedicated to a specific webinar.
Then a workflow should start that sends an email with the link to the webinar.

The problem is that the webinar form is unique and I have 12 different webinars.

What is the trigger that I can use in HubSpot?
I have tried “fill out webinar form” on any page and visited the speficif “url” of the wordpress page.
Unfortunately so, when a user who has already filled out the form visits a url of another webinar page, the WF sends him the email with the second webinar without him having filled out the form a second time.

What would you do?

Regards,

Simone

Hi @Simoneponti89,

Sorry for my late reply as I didn’t receive a notification with your question!

You can add a condition in the trigger to make sure that the contact hasn’t already receive such or such email.

Best,

Caroline
