Hi,
I have decided that Workflowmax (Bluerock) is my source of truth. I have Clients (companies)that are active, and others archived. What is this field called on HubSpot? I want to filter out the archived companies.
My goal is to assign my companies a HubSpotLead status, e.g., if archived in WFM then lead status is archived, else I choose from a list. But I just can’t see how HubSpot sees this WFM client status
Hey @MPlancarte - thanks for posting in the Community!
To my understanding, you’re looking to identify how HubSpot identifies (i.e. which property) companies that have been archived within WFM. Is that correct? If so, would you mind providing more information on that property specifically within WFM? I’m looking to clarify how that property/label exists directly within WFM. From there, my first suggestion would be to look at how you have that property mapped within your HubSpot settings.
Looking forward to getting more context!

Mi “Client” property on Workflowmax is “Status”, it only has two options “Archived” and “Client”, this field is not an option on the client/contact mapping configuration. So HubSpot doesn’t have a way of seeing this? If I export a CSV file from Workflowmax with this information, can I create a workflow on Hubsport that will assign, say a "lead status " on the company?
Hey @MPlancarte - thanks for following up here!
As you noted, it sounds like a custom mapping may not be possible rom WFM to HS. If it is, though, I’d recommend reading through this knowledge base article on how to set that up.
A potential workaround here may be to export that specific data from WFM and then set up an import to HubSpot that would update a custom property for these Contacts.
I hope this helps provide some resolve!
