# Workflow

Hi,

I want to do the contact enrollment trigger when Simplify Router Phone is not empty (filled) and it will direct trigger the webhook. Which should i select? Is Known?

Hi @kahweing,

That’s correct. If you enroll existing contacts, all contacts with a value in this field would be come into the workflow. If you only enroll contacts after switching the workflow on, the workflow would get contacts whose field changes from empty to a value – or whose value in this field changes (!).

Hi @kahweing

Yes, You have selected the right option.

After selecting “is known” all contacts that have the value in “Simplify Router Phone” will be automatically added to the workflow.
