This is, as far as I know, not possible out of the box. I’m not aware of a workflow setup with the built-in tools that could achieve this.
You can however use a custom code action (requiring Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise) in a conversation-based workflow to perform the check and assocation based on the HubSpot API. Workflows | Custom Code Actions - HubSpot docs
