For our work, there is a need to change the logic of distributing new tickets between available managers. Now, the manager’s workload is taken into account during distribution. That is, new tickets will be assigned to those with the fewest open tickets.
We need all new tickets to be distributed among available managers in turn, regardless of the number of previous requests.
