Hi -
I’m sure I’m overthinking or not seeing the solution I need, but I’m stuck on creating a workflow with what I think would be multiple triggers or I need to set it up with branches in which case I’m not sure what the trigger would be.
Basically, I want to update one property to be one thing when another property has any one of multiple values. To be more clear, it’s something like…
If property 1 has “X, Y or Z” then property 2 equals “group name 1”
If property 1 has “A, B, C, or D” then property 2 equals “group name 2”
If property 1 has “H, I, J, K, L, M, or N” then property 2 equals “group name 3”
… and so on through about 27 different group names.
I know I’d use branches now that I’ve written it out, but I’m not seeing what my trigger would be. Would it be simply “If property 1 is known” then create all of the branches I need to add a value to property 2? Is it that simple?!
TIA!

Hi @asiaferguson,

Correct, “is known” will work. You don’t have to list all values manually in the enrollment criteria in this case.

If you want the workflow to run again and to assign the property 2 anew should property 1 change, make sure to enable re-enrollment for “Property 1 is known”.

Best regards!
