Hello,

I’m trying to set up a workflow for contacts who complete a sequence without responding or scheduling a meeting.

If a contact finishes a sequence without unenrolling, I want to trigger a workflow to automatically assign a new property value and change the contact owner. I assume some kind of delay will be needed in case the contact replies or books a meeting within a few days of the last email in the sequence being sent.

I can see two trigger options in workflows, but they don’t seem to provide what I’m looking for:

1. Contact unenrolled from sequence - only includes people who replied or booked a meeting.
2. Sequence finished - includes everyone who finished the sequence (includes people who replied or booked a meeting).

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi @KellyR,

I find **[this resource](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/hubspots-default-contact-properties)** helpful when trying to identify the meaning of HubSpot properties.

Here’s an attempt to accomplish the filters you’re after. It’s not perfect but might work for your use case.

Take a look at my suggested filters and think through your use case. Let me/the community know if you have any questions/issues based on how it would work for you.

You mentioned a delay, so maybe it would makes sense for the last two conditions (next activity date and last marketing email reply date) to be removed from the trigger and added as a filter after the delay.
