Workflow to send alert when Deal at Out-Reaching last activity was 100+ days ago

Hi

Im new to Hubspot and I’m tryng to create a work flow that only looks at Deals that are at out-reaching stage and the last activity was over 100days ago.

I would like it to send a slack notifaction to the relevant sales rep

It could be as simple as this. My deal stage has a different name but the same logic applies:
