Workflow to get an internal notice that a time slot is full

Hi!

So we have a form with different time slots. I know we can’t automatically delete one time slot, when it’s full. So I’m looking for a way to build an internal workflow that we get an email when one time slot is almost full so we can delete it on time.

Any suggestions?

Do you mind providing more information about how the form is collecting these time slots? What kind of property is stored? If so you can create a workflow with this property check all the “time slots” options and notify a user. I was not able to find a specific option for when it’s full. You can try setting up your form submission notifications.

Hi Pam! Thanks for your response, so people who fill in the form can choose a time slot via a drop down. Looking forward to get some more response! :slightly_smiling_face:

Could you set up a HubSpot Meeting Calendar to let Contacts book a time?

Seems like the easiest solution but I’d need to know more about your business process to know.
