Workflow to create email followuo wuth tasks

We assign emails as they come in but often they are getting missed as the cycle is never ending and this is leading to the odd email not getting responded to by the Team.

I would like to know if it possible to create a workflow to automatically remind various Team members ( a notification or task send to MS Teams) that an email has not been responded to say after 24 hours during the working week?

Hi @SMomo,

Could you please specify how exactly you are assigning emails? Are you referring to the conversations inbox, tickets, help desk?

Best regards

I meant the Conversations inbox. We are not using tickets or a help desk.

@SMomo I would approach this with a conversation based workflow.

Enroll conversations when the create date is more than 1 day ago and First response date is unknown - then send a notification of your preferred type (email, Slack etc). I haven’t tested this but would expect it to work.

It worked. Any suggestions on not including weekends?

Glad to hear you got it working.

One approach I’ve used in similar automations is to trigger the reminder after 24 hours, then add a condition to only send notifications during business days or within working hours. It keeps the team from getting reminders over the weekend while still making sure nothing slips through on Monday.

Curious to hear how others have configured this in HubSpot.
