Is there a possibility I can create a workflow that checks if two contacts in the crm have the same adress, postal code and city? I haven’t found a way to let HubSpot check this information. Do you have any suggestions?

Out of the box, workflows look at individual contacts, one by one, not multiple contacts at the same time. With the default workflow actions, this is not possible.
You would either have to look into custom code workflow actions (requiring Operations Hub Professional) or leverage third party tools (Insycle comes to mind and could help here) which could highlight those records for you which have matching fields.
